And like our friend groups IRL, we have our particular style of interaction. We believe that our success is a factor of how quickly we can make mistakes and learn from them. That means that we value conviction over consensus, make decisions fast, and work in days instead of weeks. We are intense, but healthy.

We believe that social products should be fun and make people smile. That means we encourage coloring outside the lines, and more often than not inventing new lines altogether. New ideas come from anywhere and everywhere, your only limit is your own capacity to take on new projects.

Over half the team is international and we count 17 nationalities amongst us already. One in four team members moved cities or countries to join us.
